Cool Colors blocked in on charcoal La Carte paper 

A little more layers of pastel on the sky

Now the first layer of warm pastel

Laying in a few more warm colors, I can now feel the work coming together

I fixed the painting and then added another layer especially working on the wet street

Done!!!
